Product Spotlight - Exciting Products To Celebrate Oktoberfest

Introduction

Oktoberfest prides itself on being the world's biggest beer festival. While the main event occurs in Munich, Germany, smaller celebrations are held all over the world. Restaurants and local businesses sponsor Oktoberfest events to bring in customers and give them added publicity. These exciting products for Oktoberfest will liven up the festivities.

Clothing and Accessories

To celebrate the Bavarian culture, people like to dress up in distinctive attire while attending Oktoberfest. Men wear outfits called lederhosen and women wear dresses called dirndls. Those who plan to cook or serve food at the event should wear old-fashioned aprons that match their outfits. Restaurants and businesses also sell t-shirts with their logo and Oktoberfest printed on them.

Attendees can wear accessories to brighten up their clothing. Many people wear wristbands or bracelets featuring the colors of the German flag (red, black and gold) or Bavarian flag (blue and white-checkered). Men might enjoy wearing Apline hats, such as this Bavarian Trachten green felt hat.

Food and Drinkware

What people really enjoy at Oktoberfest is the food and drinks. Typical German food include sauerkraut, cabbage rolls, Bavarian cheese, bratwurst, and pretzels. Consider using Oktoberfest-themed paper plates with the food.

Alcohol can be poured into pint glasses, shot glasses, or plastic cups with Oktoberfest and the company logo displayed on them.  For beer bottles, cooler bags or metal buckets help keep them cold. Beer steins remain popular during Oktoberfest, especially in a stein hoisting contest that determines who can hold up their stein the longest. You'll find many high-quality beer steins, including Zoller & Born's stein below, available to purchase online.

Decorative and Party Items

Every Oktoberfest event needs decorations and party items to engage the attendees. Venues hosting German dances could use a wireless Bluetooth speaker to play the music. Cover the tables with blue-checkered tablecloths and napkins. Decorate the walls with Bavarian and German flags. Businesses and restaurants should consider giving out smaller flags for the partygoers to wave around. Blue and white-checkered or red, black and gold-colored paper lanterns may be hung from ceilings or tree branches.
