Tranzact is a premier marketplace for the distribution of DTC insurance products that reaches millions of customers each year. The Challenge

Tranzact engaged us looking for a technical, but exciting solution. In year’s past, they’ve operated a sales rewards program from each within the office. Office Manager’s were responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing prizes.

This program signified the beginning of the busy season and encouraged their teams to perform their best. However, the work from home environment made this virtually impossible. Below is a quick summary of the features needed.

  • Online fulfillment store
  • Ability to ship to individual’s homes
  • Remote agents being able to quickly redeem prizes
  • Track taxes based on cost and shipping address

The Solution

In two weeks, the Brand RPM team developed a project plan and proposal. Below are the features we delivered. 

  • Online store accessible by program participants and managers
  • Proprietary code system to assign, distribute, and redeem prizes.
  • Large scale sourcing of unique and premium products. 
  • Complex reporting to track redemptions, cost, and taxes

The Results

By developing this fulfillment solution, Tranzact was able to save significant time, streamline the process, and reduce their liability.
